Karen Langsfeld respects the privacy of every person who visits this site. This page describes what information is collected when you interact with karenlangsfeld.com, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.

What this site collects

The site is intentionally minimal in what it gathers. There are two sources of information:

• Information you submit through forms. When you complete the contact, home valuation, listing alerts, or concierge forms, the data you provide is transmitted directly to Karen. Typical fields include your name, email address, phone number, and the specifics of your request (property address, search criteria, vendor type, message). You choose what to share.
• Anonymous traffic data. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individual visitors across sessions or sites. The data collected is aggregate (pageviews, referrers, browser type) and is not associated with any personal identifier.

What this site does not collect

• No tracking cookies are set by this site.
• No marketing pixels or third-party trackers (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight) are present.
• No data is collected for advertising purposes.
• The site does not sell, rent, or share visitor data with third parties.

How form submissions are handled

When you submit a form, the information you provide is delivered to Karen by email via a transactional email service (Resend). The body of your submission is retained in Karen's email account for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and continuing the engagement. Karen reviews every inquiry personally.

Your information is never shared with any third party for marketing purposes. Where appropriate to the service requested (for example, an introduction to a mortgage advisor, a stager, or an attorney) Karen may pass your name and contact details to a trusted vendor only after you have explicitly requested that introduction.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained in Karen's email correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary to continue the relationship and to comply with applicable real estate record-keeping requirements. You may request that your information be removed at any time by contacting Karen directly.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults considering real estate transactions. The site does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.

Changes to this policy

Karen may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in practice or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of the page.
